Blue Illusion was founded by Donna & Danny Guest 20 years ago in Melbourne, Victoria. Their dream was to create a boutique that celebrated the spirit of women, their passion for life and generosity of heart. Blue Illusion has over 100 boutiques in Australia & New Zealand. Blue Illusion is a French inspired brand dedicated to the modern woman's pursuit of curated personal style whether that be in store or online. With an unwavering commitment to quality it was important that the website reflected their ethos.

Blue Illusion were focused on delivering a better customer experience with the new site by moving to a fully responsive site and allowing customers to check availability in store before visiting. To achieve this eStar integrated Blue Illusion’s inventory management system and delivered an elegant and fully responsive site with product pages that let people check availability.

Availability

Blue Illusion have also benefited from eStar’s dedicated account management function, which seeks to help clients get the most out of their digital channel. Retail never stays still, the market and customers are constantly evolving and it is critical to constantly evolve and improve. This is something that eStar understands and the focus on ongoing Account management is an important differentiator and reason why eStar clients consistently outperform their contemporaries.
